When will my order arrive?

Every piece is made when you order it — nothing sits in a warehouse. Production takes 2–5 business days, then it ships.

Because each piece is made individually, delivery times vary from item to item. Most arrive 9–11 business days after you order. The Seamless Scoop Bra and Seamless High Rise Legging are quicker at 6–9. The Cropped Half Zip Windbreaker takes 11–14. Every product page shows its own estimate before you buy.

We would rather give you the real number than promise two days and make you wait nine.

Why did my order arrive in two boxes?

Different pieces are made in different facilities. When your order spans more than one, we ship each as it is finished rather than holding the fast items back to travel with the slow ones. You are charged once for shipping — which is nothing — and you get tracking for each parcel.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping within the United States is free on every order, with no minimum. A paid express option is offered at checkout, but it only speeds up transit — it does not shorten the 2–5 days your piece spends in production, so on most orders it saves less than you would expect.

Outside the US, rates are calculated at checkout based on where you are.

What if the fit isn't right?

30 days from delivery, unworn and unwashed with tags on. Email support@tensileapparel.com and we will sort a size swap or a refund.

To be straight with you about who pays for what: if you want a different size, you cover the postage to send the original back and we cover shipping the replacement out to you. If the fault is ours — wrong item, a flaw, a print that is not right — we cover everything, both directions.

How long do refunds take?

We process the refund once your return arrives back with us. How quickly it appears on your statement is up to your bank, and that is usually a few more days.

How do these fit?

Leggings and bras run true to size with a snug, supportive feel. Full measurements are on every product page — check them against a pair you already own rather than guessing.

How should I wash them?

Cold wash, inside out, tumble dry low or hang. Skip fabric softener — it coats the fibres and costs you stretch recovery over time.

Where are you based?

Phoenix, Arizona. Our pieces are made on demand at the production facility best suited to each garment, then shipped to you.
