When will my order arrive?
Every piece is made when you order it — nothing sits in a warehouse. Most orders arrive 10–17 business days after you place them, and every product page shows its own estimate before you buy.
We would rather give you the real number than promise two days and make you wait a fortnight.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping within the United States is free on every order, with no minimum. Import duties and customs fees are covered by us and built into the price — there is nothing to pay when your parcel arrives.
Outside the US, rates are calculated at checkout based on where you are.
What sizes do you carry?
Every piece runs S–XL or S–2XL. Flat measurements for each style are in the size guide — and if the piece you want isn't listed there yet, email us your measurements and we will size you ourselves.
What if the fit isn't right?
30 days from delivery, unworn and unwashed with tags on. Email support@tensileapparel.com and we will sort a size swap or a refund.
To be straight with you about who pays for what: if you want a different size, you cover the postage to send the original back and we cover shipping the replacement out to you. If the fault is ours — wrong item, a flaw, a finish that is not right — we cover everything, both directions.
How long do refunds take?
We process the refund once your return arrives back with us. How quickly it appears on your statement is up to your bank, and that is usually a few more days.
How do these fit?
Leggings and bras run true to size with a snug, supportive feel. Check the flat measurements against a piece you already own rather than guessing.
How should I wash them?
Cold wash, inside out, hang dry or tumble dry low. Skip fabric softener — it coats the fibres and costs you stretch recovery over time.

Phoenix, Arizona. Our pieces are made on demand and shipped to you.
