Shipping policy

Every TENSILE piece is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be sold — your item is cut, printed and finished after you buy it.

Because each piece is made individually, delivery times vary from item to item. Production takes 2-5 business days, then your order ships. Most pieces arrive within 9-11 business days of ordering. A few arrive sooner, and outerwear can take up to 14. The estimated delivery window for the item you are buying is shown on its product page before you check out.

US shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. An express option is available at checkout — note that express speeds up delivery only, not production time. Tracking is emailed the moment your order dispatches.

Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate parcels on different days, since each piece is produced at the facility closest to you and finished at its own pace. You are never charged extra for this, and you get tracking for each parcel.

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on the way - join the founders list and you will hear the day it opens.
